Shipping locations

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Antwerp, Belgium. Chiron Collection ships worldwide, and is responsible for the items to arrive safely at the destination.

Shipping methods and delivery times

For all countries, items are shipping with DHL Express. DHL Express is a safe and fast shipping option and all parcels are delivered to your door. Please know that most deliveries are made during the day. If you are not at home, a second attempt is made the next day. It is advisable to have the items delivered to your work address if applicable.

In general, these are the delivery times for our sneakers:

  • Benelux: 1 business day
  • Europe: 2-3 business days
  • United States, Canada, Mexico: 2 business days
  • World: 4-5 business days

Shipping rates

Postage and handling is automatically added to all orders at checkout. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the items in your order, and your location.

Returns and refund

Chiron Collection offers a full 30-day money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. All items must be unworn, in original condition, and sent back to us in original packaging. The customer has the option to exchange their product, receive a monetary refund within 30 days, or store credit. 

Please know that we are not able to accept returns on items that are not in perfect, unworn condition.

All shipping charges and custom duties on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Chiron Collection will not refund original shipping costs, neither pay for return shipping or import duties.

Delivery within the EU

All orders within the EU are shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all taxes and duties are already included in the selling price. 

Deliver outside the EU

All orders outside of the EU are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the customer is responsible for any import duties, be it import taxes or custom fees. 

Unclaimed packages

Chiron Collection can not be responsible for the costs associated to unclaimed packages being returned to us. Please make sure you are available to accept your order on the day that it arrives, or arrange a different delivery date with DHL Express.
